Adding process documentation to processes, sub processes, and tasks

You can add notes, an attachment, or a URL as process documentation to any process, sub process, or task.

  1. Select Financials > Shared Processes > Close Management > Setup > Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. Right-click a process, sub process, or task and click Attachment.
  3. Specify this information:
    Description
    Specify a description of the document.
    Notes
    Provide notes about processing details.
    Title
    Specify a title for the process document.
    File
    Click Browse to select the process document file.
    Mime Type
    This field is automatically populated when you select a process document file to upload.
    URL
    If the process document is online, specify the URL to access the document.
  4. Click OK.
