Trading Partner specific SDQ03 location

Specify the value to send in SDQ03. If a substitution is not found, then the default is to map the requesting location. If you do not have shared requesting location codes across companies, but still perform the SDQ03 substitution, you have options. For example, you can create a record using only the requesting location code for your value.
