Enables including an N1DA segment in addition to an N1ST segment to identify a specific delivery location.

Usage
Enables including an order level N1DA segment in addition to the N1ST segment. The mapping for the N1DA04 value is the same as for mapping SDQ03. See section on SDQ creation. Added as part of GLN support with just-in-time working with Owens and Minor.
