Map N1ST02 to N1ST04: <tipd>_O_DEPT_SHIPTO
Legacy GHX specific configuration to map the N1ST02 value to N1ST04 included for backwards compatibility.

Usage
If enabled, the N102 value is also mapped to N1ST04. This value can be used in combination with _O_N102 lookups. Originally provided by GHX. This uses the result from a <tpid>_O_DEPT lookup to map to N1ST04. Consider using the _O_N104_REQLOC instead.
