Include N1BT: INCLUDE_BILLTO
Configuration that enables mapping an N1BT segment if a partner requires it.

- Default behavior: Billto is included by default if you use the GHX map. For other map values, do not create N1BT if record does not exist or record exists and Partner value is not Y

Usage
Use to send an N1BT segment if a partner requires one. Functionality added in response to Amazon Business 850 requirements.
If enabled and a matching _O_COMPANY record is found, an N1BT segment is added to the 850 transaction.
