Setting default values for SDQ03

A Vendor Purchase From Location is not required on purchase orders. Because of processing differences or discrepancies, a purchase order may not have Vendor Purchase From Location. To handle this situation, customers can set a default SDQ location value to use for a trading partner if one is not found by creating an SDQ_DEFAULT record with the Your Value of the tpid and the Partner Value of the value to send for the SDQ location.
