SDQ_USE_GLN
Configuration enabling using mapping a GLN to an SDQ03 if there is one.

Usage
If using Global Location Numbers (GLN) and a GLN is defined for the location, then the GLN is sent in SDQ03 without performing the SDQ03 lookup.
