Viewing GPO contracts with errors

Use this procedure to view and take action on GPO contracts with errors. The GPO Contracts Needing Action tab contains a searchable list of contract records.

  1. Select Contract Interface > GPO Interface > Processing > Contracts Needing Action.
  2. You can view all records or you can search for records with these error types:
    • Line updates that have not been processed
    • Contracts with future dates
    • Existing Contract Interface records that are not associated with a Manufacturer Contract
    • Contract Interface records that have lines with UOM related errors
