Assigning articles and terms to contracts

  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Select a contract.
  3. On the Articles tab, click the helper list icon.
  4. Select an article and select Attach With Terms or Attach Without Terms.
    • If you Attach Without Terms, then the selected article is displayed in the Contract Terms And Conditions section.
    • If you Attach With Terms, then the selected article is displayed in the Terms section and associated terms are displayed in the Contract Terms and Conditions section.

    If you assigned multiple articles or an article with multiple terms to a contract, you can change the order that the articles and terms are displayed.
