Creating distributor pricing on a contract

  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Select a distributor contract.
  3. On the Pricing Identifiers tab, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Pricing Identifier
    Specify an identifying value of up to four alphanumeric characters for the pricing identifier.
    Title
    Provide a name or short description to identify the distributor price.
    Default Pricing
    Select this check box if this is the pricing method that is used by default.
    Description
    Provide a description.

    For example, you can define the distributor price as a markup that is applied to purchased goods: Three percent markup on purchased goods.

  5. In the Distributor Pricing section, specify this information:
    Type
    Select Markup, Discount, or Fixed.
    Cost
    Specify the cost or percent of the distributor type.
    Percent
    Specify the cost or percent of the distributor price.
  6. In the Distributor Freight Factor section, specify this information:
    Markup or Discount
    Select either Markup or Discount.
    Cost
    Specify the cost or percent of the distributor freight factor.
    Percent
    Specify the cost or percent of the distributor freight factor.
  7. Click Save.
