Viewing GPO interface contracts with errors

Use this procedure to view and take action on GPO contracts that were interfaced with errors. The GPO Interface Contracts Needing Action tab contains a searchable list of Contract Interface records.

  1. Select Contract Interface > GPO Interface > Processing > Interface Contracts Needing Action.
  2. You can view all records or you can search for records with these error types:
    • Line updates that have not been processed
    • Contracts with future dates
    • Existing Contract Interface records that are not associated with a Manufacturer Contract
    • Contract Interface records that have lines with UOM related errors

    The GPO Interface Contracts With No GPO Contract Data and GPO Interface Contract Lines With No GPO Contract Line Data tabs show lists of GPO Contracts and Lines that have likely been removed by the GPO and must be closed.
