Setting reminders

You can set a reminder for yourself for a period, process, subprocess, or task from several places within the solution. Reminders are displayed in the To Do list in your home page.

  1. Select Close Administrator > Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. Select any of these tabs:
    • View Schedule
    • Open Schedules
    • Past Schedules
  3. Right-click a period, process, subprocess, or task and select Reminder.
  4. Specify this information:
    Begin Date
    Select the start date for the reminder.
    Due Date
    Select the due date for the reminder.
    Description
    Specify the description of the reminder.
    Notes
    Specify any notes about the reminder.
    Add An Attachment Or URL
    Use these fields to add an attachment or URL to the reminder.
  5. Click OK.
