Requesting customer access in pre-June 2022 version

Use this procedure to request customer access to Billing and Receivables Portal in versions that were released before June 2022. Landmark Security is used for registration, authentication, and authorization of customer representative contacts.

Customer Representatives can use this procedure to register for the Billing and Receivables Portal.

  1. Select Billing & Receivables Portal > Request Customer Access.
  2. On the Terms And Conditions tab, select the Accept Terms and Conditions check box.
  3. Click Next.
  4. On the Contact Information tab, specify a User Name and Password.
  5. In the information section, specify your contact information and click Next.
  6. On the Company Information tab, complete the fields:
    Tax Id Type
    Select a tax ID type:
    • Federal Tax ID
    • Social Security Number
    • Foreign ID
  7. In the Mailing Address section specify the company address.
  8. Click Next.
  9. On the Questions tab, provide answers to questions. The Questions tab is available if questions require answers.
  10. Click Next to view your registration status.

    If the request is successful, then you receive an email confirmation.Another notification is displayed after your request is approved by the receivables manager.
