Viewing uncapitalized transactions

A Project Interface Control record is created for each posting project that is interfaced to assets and already capitalized. The tabs show the type of asset interface. The interface supports these interface types: Asset addition or creation, asset append or adjustment, and asset repair cost tracking.

Select Conversion And Interfaces > Project Interface Control.
Open the project interface control record and click the Uncapitalized Transactions tab.
If a transaction was removed from the draft interface and put on hold, a Hold status is displayed in the Capitalize column. When executing draft project asset interface, transactions with a Hold status in this column will be skipped.
