Asset record combinations
Sometimes, asset records that are interfaced into from Payables or
Project Ledger can be combined.
Interface may also be combined. After they are combined, the asset records are merged to create one asset with multiple items.
These criteria are selected when and if the asset records are combined:
- The same combined description is specified for multiple records.
- The multiple records are simultaneously released.
- The data in these fields are identical
for all of the assets that are combined:
- Combine
- Template
- Company
- Asset Description
- Tag
- Asset Group
- Dimension Code
- Hold
- Currency
