Report designer user roles

This table shows the tasks that can be performed by each role:

User role Tasks
Power Users:
  • Application Administrator
  • Controller
  • Financial Business Analyst
  • Project Accountant
  • Project Administrator
  • Staff Accountant
 Access to everything within the Report Designer and Report Designer Log.
View-only users:
  • Budget Analyst
  • Budget Controller
  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Financials Processor
  • Financials Viewer
  • Project Manager
 Limited access to the Designer Dashboard. On the Dashboard the user can perform these functions:
  • View all 5 sections without edit access
  • Run reports
  • View generated or re-generated reports in reports list.
