Delivery and Tracking

Delivery and Tracking is part of Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management Analytics. Delivery is used to record delivery information and track shipments. This starts from the time they enter the receiving area to the time they are delivered to their destination. Tracking lets external users query Infor Receiving and Delivery and obtain up to date status on receipts and deliveries. The application provides information on whether a delivery has been dock logged, received, transferred, or delivered. It also provides information on the times that any of the events occurred.

There are several MSCM reports that are available in the dashboards for Delivery and Tracking.

Delivery Event

The Delivery Event dashboard is a graphical presentation of the delivery transactions for a specific period.

This dashboard has these KPIs:

  • The Delivery Event Count per Delivery Location widget is a bar chart that shows the number of delivery transactions per delivery location. Clicking the chart redirects you to Delivery Event Detail per Location, filtered by the .selected MSCM Delivery Location Code and RAD Delivery Event Action

The Delivery Event Detail dashboard shows a detailed report for all deliveries for each delivery event action. The dashboard includes information such as delivery event action, created date, delivery personnel, MSCM delivery location name, recipient, delivery event count, and package count.

Clicking the charts redirects you to Distribution Line Detail, filtered by the value of the selected attribute.
