Folder structure
The content delivered with Infor Financials and Supply Management Analytics Analytics is stored in a folder structure that helps to organize the contents. This feature was added so that when adding new content, you can copy a whole folder instead of copying them individually.
A new folder structure in Infor Financials and Supply Management Analytics in 11.0.9.0 was created to help organize your content as it grows. All pieces on a dashboard now reside in the same folder in the repository so it is all in one place, easy to find, and easy to update with customizations.
Structure
- Collection name
- Dashboard
- Dashboard folder
- Reports
For example:
- Purchasing (Collection name)
- Buyer Performance (Dashboard name)
- Buyer Performance dashboard (Folder name)
- POs By Buyer (Report)
- Total Product by Buyer (Report)
- Open POs by Buyer (Report)
- PO Lines by Buyer (Report)
Copying content
To copy the latest dashboard and report, copy the dashboard folder and the dashboard page.
