Repository Folder structure

The content delivered with Analytics is stored in a folder structure that helps to organize the contents. This feature was added so that when adding new content, you can copy a whole folder instead of copying them individually.

All pieces on a dashboard now reside in the same folder in the repository so it is all in one place, easy to find, and easy to update with customizations.

Structure

  • Collection name
    • Dashboard
    • Dashboard folder
      • Reports

For example:

  • TrueCost (Collection name)
    • Total Cost by Service Line Dashboard (Dashboard name)
    • Total Cost by Service Line Dashboard (Folder name)
      • Total Cost by Service Line (Report)
      • Total Cost by Service Line Detail (Report)
