Add IDM attributes for requisition

To test the enhancement:

Setup

1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Groups and Companies > Inventory Companies.
2. On the Document Templates tab, select the Use IDM Template check box.
3. Assign the IDM Template to the Requisition field.
4. Select Shared Processes > IDM Configuration.
5. Select your Finance Enterprise Group.
6. Select the Update Requisition Attributes check box.

Process

1. Sign in as Requester.
2. Click Create Requisition.
3. Specify the required fields.
4. Add Lines.
5. Select Create Purchase Order and assign a vendor and a buyer.
6. Generate a draft and verify the new attributes Company Name, Requester Name, Buyer Name and Vendor Name.
7. Specify the Vendor Name, Buyer Name and Company Name.
8. Release the document.
9. Verify the updated attributes in the new version of the document in IDM.
10. Generate the final version and verify the new attributes Company Name, Requester Name, Buyer Name and Vendor Name.

Dependencies:

The latest idm-configuration.xml/IDMConfigurationXML.csv must be imported.

To test the enhancement:

Setup

1. Select Payables > Setup > Vendor Groups.
2. Select a vendor group.
3. On Document Templates tab, select the Use IDM Template For Vendor Statement check box and assign an IDM template.
4. Select the payable companies to use to create a record. Remove some company names as blank.

Process

1. Using Payables, create records using different vendors and companies and release it.
2. Select Payables > Run Processes > Vendor Statement.
3. Create a vendor statement.

Dependencies:

The latest idm-configuration.xml/IDMConfigurationXML.csv must be imported.

To test the enhancement:

Test the Print All and Record Range Selection parameters during manual print of Remittance Advice in Payment Output File Header. Remittances must be printed accordingly to the selected parameters.

To test the enhancement:

Test the Process IDM Output Files action under Payment Output File Header where you can choose Process All or select record range. Records should be processed accordingly to the input parameter.

Electronic payment creation should behave the same as before. All records should be processed.

Additional option to include or exclude the from email address in the CC for Remittance and Checks

To test the enhancement:

Run the automatic and manual emailing of IDM Payment Output Files.

If you select the exclude sender from cc email check box, then the From Email address must be excluded from the CC email addresses, and vice versa.

To test the enhancement:

Create new pre-delivered files and check if the MICR check is placed in the middle. Test both MICR and non-MICR checks.

To test the enhancement:

Run the manual emailing actions for Remittances. Both header and detail level actions must have the additional option of changing the From Email, Email Subject and email template fields.
