Fixed issue with contextual viewer for inter-company requisition

Inter-company details are now visible in the Requisition To Payment contextual application. Details include: Special Item and PO Added, Receipt, Invoice. The details were hidden when a requisition was added for a different company and the requisition is turned into a PO by another company.
