Use L1_O_ISA to enable setting ISA elements for all trading partners
Customers must set up <tpid>_O_ISA for all trading partners and the <tpid>_O_ISA must be created for all partners.
Instead of setting <tpid>_O_ISA for individual trading partners, use the new L1_O_ISA to set the supported ISA values to all trading partners.

EDI 832 data substitution record to support mapping of BCT02 position as working contract ID
The 832 Price Catalog from GHX contains the contract number in BCT02. Map the contract number by EDI translation to the working contract ID instead of the default value. The default value for the working contract ID is the value from the EDI trading partner run group.

EDI inbound translation of 832 to contract interface catalog records.
Add support for the new EDI data substitution record.

- Add the data substitution record of MAP_BCT02_TO_WORKING_CONTRACT.
- With an 832 transaction set in EDI Data Exchange with a Direction IN and a Status New, make note of the value in BCT02.
- Run Translate Inbound with a data exchange record containing an 832 transaction for the trading partner.
- Examine the contract interface catalog records.
The working contract ID value should be the value from BCT02 on all records.
