Improvement on updating information

Added a new feature that enables the Item Lifecycle Coordinator to update information specified by other users on the New Item Proposals page.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Create and submit an item proposal.
  2. Select New Item Proposals > New Item Proposals In Process.
  3. Select a record to edit and click Update New Item Information.
  4. Verify that the New Item Information can be changed.

Records update feature

Added the Reassign Tasks action to update users on records related to Item Lifecycle Management.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Select the Responders and Watchers menus.
  2. Select a coordinator user with organizations and tasks.
  3. Click Reassign User. Selecting Reassign All Users and specify the required fields.
  4. Verify that notices, organizations, and tasks are moved to the To User.

Enable location-based task item counts

When a Task Owner is assigned multiple organizations, there is no differentiating the quantities by location. This new feature enables task item counts for responders on notices to be defined at a location level.

To test the enhancement:

  1. In Item Lifecycle Management Group, select Allow Organizations and Enter Count Quantities for a Specific Location.
  2. Create a notice and product(s) with items that have requisition history.
  3. Run the Product Transaction Query against Requisitions to create tasks for the requisition history.
  4. From the Tasks list for the Notice, select the Helper List for Create Manual Task For Organization. Select several locations for different users, including two locations for the same user, and create tasks. Select the Create Items To Enter Quantities Against option.
  5. View the Organizations tab. Verify that Organizations records are visible for both the ones created from the Product Transaction Query and the ones created manually.
  6. View the Tasks tab. Verify that manual tasks were created for the Organization.
  7. Release the Notice. Verify for the Manual Tasks that items can be viewed and have quantities defined against them.
  8. Open and accept one of the tasks. Click the link to view items and specify quantities. Verify that the list of items has the full set of organizations for each item.
  9. After specifying quantities, click view Audit List (from drill around). Verify that the list contains counted quantities by Location.
