  • CustomerRepresentativePrimaryContact_ST

To test the enhancement:

All new components required in IFS and Landmark security are created during the provisioning process and the feature is enabled by default.

See the Financials Setup and Administration Guide to complete the set up of a Billing and Receivables Portal application.

When an administrator is creating customer representative contacts, they are no longer required to enter a User Name, Password, and Confirm Password. Verify that these fields are no longer present. The contact’s email address is now their user name for signing into the Billing and Receivables Portal. The newly created contact is sent an email to complete the registration where they must provide their Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password. Verify that the newly created contact receives an email with a link to complete their registration.

When a customer representative is self-registering, they are no longer required to enter a separate User Name. Their email address is now used for signing into the Billing and Receivables Portal.

When a primary contact creates additional contacts, they are no longer required to enter a User Name, Password, and Confirm Password. Verify that these fields are no longer present. The contact’s email address is now their user name for signing into the Billing and Receivables Portal. The newly created contact is sent an email to complete their registration where they must provide their Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password. Verify that the newly created contact receives an email with a link to complete their registration.

Verify that customer representative contacts can do these things:

  • Complete the registration process, whether they are self-registering or have been created by an administrator or a primary contact
  • Sign in to the portal after they have signed out
  • Change their password
  • Change their email address and can sign in with their new email address

Dependencies: Must be a multi-tenant net new customer.
