Enhance invoice cost differences in the Contact Manager Dashboard

The title of Invoice Cost Difference with Adjusted Cost is now displayed on the dashboard widget.

  1. Create, release, and activate a contract.
    • A PO is created for the item with cost from the contract
    • A PO receipt is created and released.
    • An invoice is created against the PO with a different cost. An invoice message is not created.
  2. Release the invoice
  3. Select Contract Manage > Invoice Cost Differences.
  4. Verify that the invoice that is created is displayed on the widget.
  5. Test the Remove Whole Contract From List action and verify that all contract lines are removed.
  6. Test with an invoice that has a cost message

Contract proposal configurable questions-using Contract templates

Improvements to the Requester Contract Proposal process to allow questions to the requesters.

A new Proposal Template can be attached to a Requester Contract Proposal, which can contain questions for the Requester.

Requesters now have an option to enter a Supplier Name instead of a number.

  1. Create a contract template for contract proposals with required questions.
  2. Sign in as Requester and select Create Contract Proposal.
  3. Create an attachment for line item information.
  4. Answer the required questions.
  5. Submit the Contract Proposal.
  6. Sign in as Contract Manager and view the Contract proposals. Add new questions and return the proposal for more information.
  7. Sign in as Requester, answer the new questions, and resubmit.
