Managing roles in Ming.le

Use this procedure to assign or remove roles from an existing user:

  1. Sign into Infor Ming.le with a user that has administrator access and from the User Menu select User Management.
  2. In the list of users, locate the new user and click the User Details icon to the left of the user name.
  3. Select the Security Roles tab.
  4. To add one or more roles:
    1. Click the Add icon.
    2. In the Select Security Roles dialog, select the roles you want to assign to the user, click Add & Close, and then click Save.
  5. To remove one or more roles, select the check box next to the role, click the Delete icon, and then click Save.
