Users and roles in d/EPM Platform: Overview

Financials and Supply Management Analytics for EPM Platform users are users who have been added to IEFIN through Infor Ming.le® User Management and who have been assigned at least one EPM Platform-related security role through Infor Ming.le.

If a user who requires access to Financials and Supply Management Analytics for EPM Platform does not appear in the Users and User Groups dashboard, which is grouped under the User and Permission Management dashboard in EPM Platform Application Manager, it means that either the user has not been added through Infor Ming.le or has not been assigned a security role in IFS.

EPM Platform delivers pre-defined roles. You might choose to assign these roles to your users as-delivered, make changes to them or create new roles.

In EPM Platform users can be assigned roles that are intended to be used within EPM Platform only. An EPM Platform user who has access to the User Management dashboard can create and assign these roles.
