Use this procedure to generate a menu listing for a role.
Display the starting screen for the role in a browser. It will
be a URL, for example, http://yourserveraddress/dataarea/rolename.
Change the URL to this so that menu is after the role name:
http://yourserveraddress/dataarea/rolename/menu
Press Enter on your keyboard.
A list is displayed showing the menu structure for the role.
The Role name
can then be changed in the URL to display the menu for other roles.
Press Ctrl+A to mark all of the records and Ctrl+C to copy all of the records.
They can be pasted to a spreadsheet or a Word document. The role name can be
changed in the URL to show the menu for other roles.
