Employee records for Financials and Supply Management actors

Financials and Supply Management actors must have an Employee record in HR Talent. This is true even for customers who do not use the HR Talent product.

The instructions in this section describe how to manually add the Employee, which is required if Financials and Supply Management is deployed on-premises, or in a single-tenant Cloud, and if user BODs have not been configured and you are not planning to use them.

If you are running Financials and Supply Management in multi-tenant or single-tenant with user BODs configured, follow instructions for adding and configuring user provisioning with employees and actors in the Infor Corporate, Healthcare, Public Sector Configuration Guide.

Note: In multi-tenant Cloud, user BODs are required.
