Responders and coordinators

Create users to receive tasks and notifications that are related to notices.

Item Lifecycle Management user agents are created when users are created. These agents must be linked to actors so that users and actors are associated.

Consult your Landmark security administrator to assist in these tasks:

  • Verify that appropriate security roles are assigned to actors.

    For example, an Item Lifecycle Management user can be a coordinator, but the actor must also have an Item Lifecycle Management Coordinator security role assigned to them.

  • Assign agents to actors after users are created.
