Item groups
An item group identifies a specific group of inventory items for a company.
If multiple companies share the same inventory items, you set up the items once and then assign the same item group to all companies. You can only assign one item group to each company but multiple companies can share an item group.
An item group must be defined before you can define an Inventory Control company.
