Configuring eFax

  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Shared Setup > Fax Configuration.
  2. Click Create.
  3. In the Fax Configuration Vendor section, specify this information:
    Fax Configuration
    Specify a code and description for your internet provider account record.
    Default
    Select this check box if this is your default fax record.
  4. In the Account Details section, specify this information:
    Account ID
    Specify the account number. This information is provided by your internet fax provider.
    User Name
    Specify the user name designated by your fax provider when you set up your internet fax account.
    Fax Password/Confirm Password
    Specify a password and retype it to confirm.
  5. In the Disposition Defaults section, specify this information:
    Fax Priority
    Select a value in which the fax transmission is prioritized in the queue. See the documentation provided by you internet provider.
    Language
    Select the language for your transaction.
    Level
    Select the level at which you are notified of fax transmission error or success.
    Method
    Select the method by which you receive fax transmission errors and successes.
  6. Click Save.
