Task instructions
With task instructions you can create a library of predefined instructions on how to resolve a notice.
For example, you can create task instructions to destroy a product or return a product to the manufacturer. Instructions can include questions for the responder. Task instructions can be assigned to each product on a notice.
Example: Did you find the affected recalled product at your location?
Indicate the date that these products were destroyed. Did you send the Manufacturer a
confirmation of destruction letter? If so, attach the letter.
