Supplier setup
A supplier is a group or organization that offers goods or services to your company.
Vendors are the groups or organizations you have agreed to purchase goods and services from. All vendors are suppliers, but not all suppliers are vendors. When you purchase goods and services from a supplier, you can make them a vendor so that the purchase order and the payment process can more easily process through your Infor solutions.
Some supplier setup is specifically to configure Supplier Portal.
