Creating responders and coordinators

  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Item Lifecycle Management > Responders And Coordinators.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Select the Organization, the Item Lifecycle Management Group, and specify a unique User code.
  4. Specify this information.
    Coordinator
    Select this check box if the user is a coordinator.
    Proposed Item Reviewer
    Select this check box if the user is a proposed item reviewer.
  5. In the User Information section, specify this information:
    Reference 1
    Use this field to specify additional user defined information.
    Reference 2
    Use this field to specify additional user defined information.
    Job Title
    Specify a job title.
    Item Lifecycle Management Supervisor
    If supervisor is specified, then it is used for Task Monitoring if tasks are overdue and escalations are selected.
  6. In the User Defaults for Resolutions section, specify values in any fields that always use a default value.
  7. Click Save.
    A numeric user ID is assigned to the user.
