District setup

There are some initial setup tasks that a School Controller role must perform in Student Activities Management.

Task Description
Ensure that global ledger, payables, and other prerequisite data exists This information must already exists in your setup:

Global Ledger: accounting entities, accounting units, accounts and other finance dimensions, calendars and close configurations.

Payables: vendors

Set up the school district or districts School district is the highest-level entity.

Set up schools and school types Create a repository of schools. Schools can be created from the district or the school level.
