Receipt processing

The School Collector creates receipts.

Receipts are issued when cash is collected from school activities. This includes receipts for tuition fees, gate receipts and field trips.

You can create receipts on several forms. If you are not using student records, you will create receipts from the receipts list on Manage Receipts. If your organization uses student records, you have the additional options of creating receipts from a student record or using Receipt Batch.
