Reviewing activity balances

You can view current activity balances and all closed period balances at the district level and the school level. You can also generate activity balance reports in a PDF file format.

  1. Select Manage Districts.
  2. In the School Districts list, select your district and then select the Activity Balances button.

    Current activity balances are displayed on the Current Balances tab.

    Closed activity balances by period are displayed on the Period Balances and Period Balances By School tabs.

    If you use group activities, there are additional tabs available to show balance details. The main tabs contain group totals.

    If you defined school types when you defined schools, see the School Types field. You can view current activity balances by type on the Balances By School Type tab.
