Unit of Measure Service

This service creates a work unit when the Financials and Supply Management user or the system adds or deletes a unit of measure.

Prerequisites	The BOD Trigger flag must be enabled on the Options tab of the Finance Enterprise Group.

Input data	JSON text file includes all fields in the UnitOfMeasure Tables.
