Adjusting EFT payments

Adjustments are created because of a client-based issue. For example, a disputed item is put on hold, or a credit management issue, such as holding a credit memo to prevent a negative payment.
  1. Sign in as Receivables Specialist, Receivables Manager, or Receivables Administrator.
  2. Select Run Receivables Processes > Electronic Funds Processing > EFT Adjustments.
  3. Select a customer record.
  4. To update the Pending Action field, click any of these buttons on the Adjustments tab to adjust your EFT payments:
    For individual line actions, use these buttons:
    • Add
    • Hold
    • Delete
    • Postpone
    For all line actions, use these buttons:
    • Add All
    • Hold All
    • Delete All
    • Postpone All
