Transferring transactions from one customer to another

This is a list of invoices, debit memos, and credit memos that are eligible to transfer to a different customer. Before a transaction is eligible for transfer, it must be released and have no applications or adjustments.

You can only transfer a transaction to a customer one time.

  1. Sign in as Receivables Specialist or Receivables Manager.
  2. For Receivables Specialist, select Invoices.
    For Receivables Manager, select Processing > Invoices.
  3. On the Invoice Transfer tab, select an invoice record.
  4. Click Transfer.
  5. Specify this information:
    Reassign To Customer
    Select a customer number to which to reassign the invoice.
    Reassign Date
    Optionally, select a reassign transfer date.
  6. Click OK.
