Reconciliation Management user roles

This table shows a high level overview of the tasks that can be performed by each role:

User role Tasks
Reconciliation Administrator General setup tasks and maintaining reconciliation data.

Create reconciliation accounts and account groups.

See Financials Setup and Administration Guide for administrator tasks.

Reconciliation Manager Monitors and schedules the reconciliation.
Reconciler Performs the reconciliation processes.
Reconciliation Auditor Reviews reconciliation details that are accessible by an external auditor.
Note: Do not assign this role to an internal user because some functionality may be restricted.

All tasks in this user guide are performed by the Reconciliation Manager or the Reconciler unless otherwise noted.
