Project history report

Use this procedure to create a report of all transactions, cash application adjustments, and non-Receivables cash transactions that are associated with a project contract.

  1. Select Project History Report.
  2. Select Company or Company Group, but not both.
  3. Specify this information:
    Post Date
    Select a posting date range.
    Project
    Select a range of projects.
    Process Level
    Select a range of process levels.
    Transaction Type
    Select the transaction types to display.
    System
    Select the system from which to select records.
    Customer
    Select a customer.
    Currency
    Select a currency.
    Currency Display
    Select a currency to display.
    Print Detail
    Select whether to print project detail.
    Sort Option
    Select whether to sort by Project or Customer.
  4. In the Report Distribution section, select a distribution list and an export type for Project History Report.
  5. Click Submit.
