Emailing Federal Financial Reports

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant or Project Administrator.
  2. For Project Accountant, select Project Management > Project Funding List. Select the Project Funding Sources By Structure tab.
    For Project Administrator, select Setup > Project Funding List.
  3. Open a project funding source structure and select the Hierarchy tab.
  4. Open a posting funding source with a Type of External Grant and select the Federal Financial Reports tab.
  5. Select a report with report status of Draft and select Actions > Email Federal Financial Report.
  6. Specify this information:
    From Email
    Specify the email address that the report will come from.
    To Email
    Specify the email address to send the report to.
    Use IDM Email Template
    Select this check box to use an IDM template for the report.
    Email Subject
    Specify a subject line for the email.
    IDM Email Template
    Select the IDM email template to use.
  7. Click Submit.
