Bills of exchange (BOE)

A bill of exchange (BOE), is a payment agreement between a vendor and buyer. This agreement can take the form of a draft that is issued against a buyer's bank account. The vendor can hold the draft until its maturity date or they can cash it early at a discounted rate. Bills of exchange are used most commonly in France and Spain. Bill of exchange bank statement To create a bill of exchange bank statement.
Bill of exchange cashing statement To create general ledger distribution records for bill of exchange activity that has occurred since the last time Bill of Exchange Cashing Update was run.
Bill of exchange cashing update To create general ledger distribution records for bill of exchange activity that has occurred since the last running of the cashing update. The form creates a listing of bills of exchange that have been cashed or dishonored.
Bill of exchange creation To schedule invoices for bill of exchange payment and to create the payments.
Bill of exchange distribution To transfer general ledger distributions that are created by Bill of Exchange Cashing Update and all of the other distributions that are created during processing to the general ledger.
Bill of exchange generation To generate bills of exchange.
Bill of exchange statement update To update cashed and dishonored bills of exchange.
