Customer returns

A customer who has received too many, incorrect, or damaged items can return the items. Returns may be a part of an order or of the entire order. To reference an original invoice on the return, retrieve the invoice number from the original order. You can process a return without the original information. If you have the original information, then you can select the individual line items or copy the entire original order onto the return. Historical cost, price, and other information is retrieved.
