Assigning company customer

Use this procedure to create a link between the Payables and Receivables companies. This link is used for payments and vendor balancing. The vendor is also a customer and account balances are shared.

  1. Sign in as Match Specialist and select Manage Invoices. The Unassigned Invoices page is displayed.
  2. Optionally, search for an invoice by selecting criteria in the search row.
  3. Right-click an invoice and select Create Company Customer.
  4. Select a Receivables Company and Receivables Default Code.
