Maintaining Match invoice interface

Sign in as Match Specialist and select .

On the Match Interface Invoices tab,
you can edit a record, interface Match invoices, delete transactions for a run
group, or reset error messages.

To create a new record, click Create and specify this information:
- Company
- Specify the company number.
- Run Group
- Specify the run group of the imported
records.
- Vendor
- Specify the vendor.
- Interfaced Vendor
- Select an authority code of the person. Specify the
external vendor number. A look-up is performed on previously
interfaced vendors to determine the Infor vendor
number.
- EDI Number
- Specify the vendor's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
number.
- Invoice
- Select an invoice.
- Voucher

- Create Details
- Select whether to automatically create
invoice details from purchase order or receipt.

On the Main tab, specify this
information:
- Invoice Entry Template
- Select the invoice entry template. These are the options:
- Basic
- Tax Invoice
- Match Invoice
- Service Contract
- Freight
- Invoice Type
- Select the invoice type. These are the options:
- Invoice
- Credit Memo
- Debit Memo
- Prepayment
- Remit To
- Specify the vendor location where payments are
remitted.
- Ship To

- Pay Vendor
- Specify the pay vendor.
- Interfaced Pay Vendor
- Specify the external pay vendor number. A look-up is
performed on previously interfaced vendors to determine the Infor
pay vendor number.
- Invoice Date
- Specify an invoice date.
- Due Date
- Specify a due date.
- Invoice Amount
- Specify the amount of the invoice. Verify that the invoice
amount that you specify is equal to the total amount of the expense
distribution lines.
- Currency
- Select the currency used in the invoice.
- Taxable Amount
- Specify the total taxable amount of the
invoice.
- Allowable
- Specify the allowable amount used for calculating the
taxable amount.
- Post Date
- Specify the payment posting date.
- Tax Amount
- Specify the total tax amount of the invoice.
- Reference
- Specify a user reference. User references are maintained
with the invoice.
- Process Level
- If your company has only one process level, set it as a
default when setting up process levels. With the default set, you
can leave this field blank.
- Authority Code
- Specify the authority code.
- Purchase From
- Select the vendor group from which to
purchase.
- Tax Code
- Select a valid tax code to apply to the
invoice.
- Flexible Terms
- Select this check box to use flexible terms.
- Tax Adjustment
- You can indicate whether to override the tax information on
AOC or match invoices. If this field is blank when the invoice is
matched, the detail is created using the tax information from the
purchase order or the receipt.
- Payment Terms
- Select the payment terms based on the default value or on
user override.
- Reason Code
- Specify the reson code.
- Diversity Code
- Select a code to identify a category of diverse
procurement.
- Foreign Econ
- Specify the foreign economic regulatory code. The code is a
requirement in some countries and is used to further track and
report on transactions.
- Certification Number
- Specify the certification number of the
invoice.
- Certification Date
- Specify the certification date.
- Discount Date
- Specify the effectivity date of the discount.
- Discount Percent
- Specify the discount percentage of the
invoice.
- Date, Rate, Amount
- Specify the discount dates, rates, and
amounts.

On the Additional tab, specify this
information:
- Description
- Provide a description of the invoice.
- Invoice Reference Type
- Select the invoice reference type.
- Return Number

- Retail Amount
- Specify the retail cost of the item.
- Receipt Invoice Date
- Specify the date the invoice was received.
- Operator

- Rule Group

- Orig Invoice

- Print Chargeback
- Select this check box to print the chargeback credit memo.
- Pay Immediately
- Select whether to schedule the invoice for immediate
payment regardless of the due date.
- Vendor Income Code
- Select the vendor income code.
- Reportable Income Amount
- Specify a reportable amount of the invoice. If this field
is blank, then the reportable amount is the invoice amount minus the
discount.
- Invoice Group

- Cash Code
- Specify the cash code.
- Bank Transaction Code
- Specify the bank transaction code.
- Payment Number, Date, Amount
- For manual payments, specify the payment number, date, and
amount of the invoice.
- If you define manual payment information, the manual
payment can only be used to pay this individual invoice. The invoice
must be a base currency invoice. After you release the invoice, you
cannot manually change payment information.

On the Global tab, specify this
information:
- Nature Of Transaction Code

For Nordic users, specify the Reference
Type, Customer ID,
and the Payment Category
fields.
