Work List overview

Use Work List to view unmatched invoices by company and to set up your work for the match screens. The invoices that are displayed in the work list table are the invoices you will work through in the match screens. You can use the filter functionality to help define the work list.

Action Description
Reload Use Reload to add newly added invoices to the Work List table, based on their assigned vendor ranges or vendors.
Company If you have only one company assigned, then that company is the default value in the Company field. If you have multiple companies assigned, then you can use the Company field to switch companies.
Filter You can use the filter to reduce the number of invoices that show in the table. You can filter invoices by vendor, purchase order number, due date, or invoice number. To enable the filter, specify information in the filter fields and click Filter. To view all invoices again, turn off the filter by clicking Reset.

You can use the advanced filter to filter invoices by buyer, ship to location, invoice operator, authority code, or error type.

Work List table Invoices are displayed in due date order, in either ascending or descending order. To change the order, click the column heading. You can sort the table by vendor name and invoice amount. Click the appropriate column heading.

Invoices that have a hyperlinked invoice number have invoice detail lines, in other words, MAINVDTL records exist. Only invoices with detail lines can be matched at the detail level using Detail Match. To access Detail Match, click the invoice number.

Any invoice without a hyperlinked invoice number can only be matched at the invoice level on Invoice Match. To access Invoice Match, click the PO number.

You can change how the table is displayed on the page. Click Configure to access Change Table Column Order.
