Global Ledger user roles

This table shows a high level overview of the tasks that can be performed by each role.

Budget Analyst All of the aspects of budget scenario and budget template creation and maintenance.
Budget Controller All of the aspects of budget scenario and budget template creation and maintenance.
Chief Financial Officer All of the aspects of close processing and all of the financial information inquiry.
Controller All of the aspects of creation and maintenance for organizational structure, transactions, and reporting.
Financial Business AnalystThis role is similar to Controller but cannot create or maintain Currency and batch utility processes. This role also cannot post journal entries.
Staff Accountant All of the aspects of account setup and maintenance. This role is also allowed to create, maintain, and release journal entries.
